A little over a decade ago I founded a community driven website, after some growth I started work on the site full time but discovered I wasn't the right person to lead a business, induced by stress I sold the website on condition I would remain in position. True to their word I remain in position to this day, yet in the years since I've found that business interests and community interests diverge and the community I am passionate about has suffered for profit.
