B. Why don't you ask a business relevant question, like how they would approach a problem you currently face. Even if you don't hire them, at least you might get some fresh perspective for your time.
So sick of this BS - I have walked out on stupid questions like this b/c it typically shows nothing but incompetence from the interviewer.
I know i am going to get voted down for this but, when you watch that video, it just seems like a TON of people are standing around doing nothing. I see this all the time. Today I drove by a site 3 different times (coffee run, UPS run, pickup someone) and each time there were about 10 people standing around while 2 people worked. This was to repair a road - not even build anything.
