We do our own due diligence checks for each property we list on Proptee. All listings need to have a recent valuation done by an independent valuator and an inventory check.
If the landlord sells 100% of the property on Proptee, then we would manage the property, so it's in our interest not to accept bad properties.
If the landlord sells less than 100% then they will continue managing the property themselves.
Either way, both us and the landlord are aligned with the investors.

Proptee connects landlords with investors. Landlords list their property on Proptee to release equity (like remortgaging). On the other side, we have investors who wish to invest in property in small amounts.
We split each property in small shares. This way, investors can buy shares of rental properties and, like on a stock exchange, sell later at a different price. They also receive monthly dividends for holding onto these shares.

I'm going to change the name of the app asap. I'll also make it clearer it's an unofficial app. What else do you think I should do?

Hey, everyone, I'm the dev. First of all, thanks to @halfimmortal for posting this, I've just stumbled upon it. It's my first time on the front page ^^
I didn't realise using the official logo, their colours and the name was so bad. I emailed WhatsApp to discuss it and I hope we'll come to an agreement. Whatever we get to, I'm willing to rename the app and use another domain to keep the app alive.
The app is just a wrapper around web.whatsapp.com which runs on top of NW.js. What I did is make the notifications work, I added custom themes (will be available in the next release) and some minor tweaks to improve integration with the OS.
The app doesn't work on iOS due to some operating system limitations. I think WhatsApp is working on it.
