Great post and it's awesome to see many companies try to make interview process better but my happiness didn't last long.
They require[1]: 'Your GitHub is full of everything from embarrassing hacks to impressive Open Source contributions'
I understand some reasons behind seeing Github profile of candidate but requiring it is too much.
But this is still better then company i saw the other day which was requiring Github project with X000 stargazers.
