To quote the majority opinion: "Testimony or private records of the President or his advisers probing such conduct may not be admitted as evidence at trial." Sounds almost impossible & a pretty definitive statement.
This is a terrible take. The Supreme Court case severely limits even the use of evidence to prosecute a President. The majority ruling says that as long as something is done in "official" capacity the intentions don't matter.
EDIT: This ruling probably retroactively clears Nixon from Watergate. It would make it illegal to use the tapes as evidence against him.

The main question here is how soon will the model architecture improvements come. I fathom it won't be that long till OpenAI or Google come up with something better. The tricky piece here is that these companies will now keep their models more proprietary to make profits. Can a competitor company figure out an on par or better model architecture in time?
I've commonly seen companies create secure by default programs around there deploying there Infrastructure (terraform/cloudformation templating). Maybe some companies do this with packages and vulnerability management. While its commendable to try this, until an organization is pretty large very little effort will be put into making secure by default design.
The hardest part here is the tradeoff between architectural complexity as you build systems and speed of shipping product. Earlier stage companies will ship ship ship and ignore good architecture practice. At some point, it will come back to bite you if your company lives to see another day.
