Bit confused with the difference between this versus something like an Amex pre-paid card. Why would someone use True Link over one of the existing pre-paid card options? A web interface?
It's hard even to measure the quantitative stuff now. For example, how do you perform a query like "find me 10 colleges in the west coast, that offer both a CS bachelors degree and masters, ordered by average entry SAT score"?
