Is there any standard setup to ensure these international travelers are clear of disease before they contact villagers in Africa, the Americas, Asia - say a 3 month wait period between inter village visits? I doubt it, because we view doctors as being good and trust them, and in the case of UN Aid workers grant them immunity.

Silly? I am not trying to make this an argument. I am saying when Avion bird flu arrived in Canada they were able to track down the source. It's called the patient zero; that's not a conspiracy, it's due diligence in epidemiology.
My point was it is important to find patient zero when a disease pops out of nowhere with no history in the area.

The Ebola virus's spread is completely unnatural (it jumps entire regions where there are no major travel patterns). And people are supposed to believe a disease spread that naturally impossible.
