If I'm reading this correctly google is trying to push more into the yelp/urbanspoon market by co-opting users to become reviewers for their city ? It looks interesting, but couldn't they just use the existing users that have reviewed for those areas and convert them over to Local Guides?
To add on to that most of the voice enabled apps have trouble even recognizing speech when it comes to different dialects of English. For example, Southern dialect, "I am fixing to go to the bar, are you ready" would translate to "I am fixing the bar are you there yet?".
Very nice new features especially the menu customization and preview. Some of my current clients will be very happy that they can finally see what the menu looks like without flying blind. Hopefully this also works with content blocks in menus as well.
I too live in a college town and have felt the same impact of landlords charging insane rates. Right now I am currently living in one where if say some part of the property is damaged or needs replacing all tenants will pay. Even though I don't use it or it is not my fault, the landlord divides the repair bill among all tenets as a "overage fee". So a laundry machine breaks, not your fault but you'll pay regardless.
Not to plug but here is Vice News coverage of the el chapo escape along with a more detailed view of how they construct the tunnels. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kh3RHV5G1Fc
Thank you for that wonderful diorama of sights of Japan. Haven't looks at the other trips but if its anything like that one it will definitely be awesome.
I don't think this is a good investment to go into purely because you are not buying a game like Mighty No.9. What you are buying is some episodes not a full game. Furthermore with this being the third kickstarter that they are doing (the second being Mighty No.9 animation, which is weird considering having a separate funding event already for that), the financial aspects of comcept leave me questioning how are they handling their resources.
I don't think there is nothing to worry about. I mean your not me a dude with 95% looking female name. For the most part most of my interviews went well though one army research organization one was a bit weird. I think at the time they were "ok we have to ask questions, but lets not make it awkward".
Coming from the receiving end of this. As a user of a anonymous image board this happen recently. It seems that hola is selling botnet access. Of course users are "vetted" that they are not going to use the access for nefarious purposes before they gain access. In this case one of the "vetted" users decided to DDOS said anonymous image board. (Note:Could be some other actors involved, but have confirmation from other board users).
