I can guarantee (aka I would put down a bet) a city person has far more stress than a suburb/country person on the basis density of stimuli. I would be addicted to "something" just to drown out a sonic and visual tsunami that holds none of the calming charm of birds chirping. Not only a sensory tsunami but a social one where people have to remember more names and get used to either being excessively quiet or excessively histrionic.
So video games it is then. And then when mega AI complexes are being built, we can train loyalty and skills by submerging human resources into pedagogical simulations which compress a lifetime, of feeling, judgement, friendship, and morality, into a short RL time span.
And then we shall be spat out by that video game, perfected for the purpose of another video game (supporting your national/global AI complex). And we shall not complain because we shall see the most precious things destroyed in that simulation. By other national-AI complexes. Loyalty not only as face but burned into the minds of citizens.

How could it not be terrible? Black america is screwed. The rate of fatherlessness is apocalyptic. Especially when you combine that with the fact that single parent households, with the mother as the parent, produce far more criminals and mentally ill per "family" than households with both parents.

In the military you see a big push for "diversity", especially in relation to sex, where all sorts of carrots are trotted out just to have a platonic makeup of sees in the armed forces. Nevermind that one of those sexes has an ace in the hole called "pregnancy" which the mil. Bureaucracy will bend to accommodate.
Nevermind the disastrous effects on morale and confidence in command this brings to some poor bastard from Nebraska who goes through all sorts of shit. If he gets a girlfriend, or God forbid a wife, he faces the risk of absolute cuckery on that side. If he messes around with whores and the command is looking for a scapegoat, they'll bring him up for ucmj charges. My cynicism says that diversity is a result of baizou, not any actual accounting of some magic spread where different and useful ranges of thought are spread in equal proportion mapping to a species of bureaucratic classification of diversity as noted in sex and skin color and nationality.

Schools are for the benefit of of people who rarely have anything invested in the growth of any one student.
It's robbing taxpayers, demanding draconian control of kids, both physically and legally. The money that is funneled into "teaching" kids is obscene. Instead of smaller scale private schools, we have black holes of mismanagement that we call public schooling.
And it's for the benefit of people in the ponzi scheme in charge of students. I can't imagine children learning any notable skills.
Think of how it utterly fails black communities. Instead of sex segregated them, and destroying the rationale for petty histrionic behavior, you put teens together and enable peacocking behaviors which destroys classroom ambiance.
Imagine how stupid you have to be to say "public schools are for the benefit of the children" when rich people use private schools as a way to cement social immobility.
