It would be great if your homepage and fb app page included more detail on the UI. A think a walk through of a typical scenario including screenshots would be awesome.
And a genuine question here but I don't understand what this problem solves if it's connecting me to people I would already ask (and for which the barriers to ask are pretty low). If they are a facebook friend wouldn't it make sense for me to just post asking for help from my friends? All that said I have a large breed dog that I would love to have help with (more in the long term boarding dept. though).
Eugen - Don't mean to hijack this thread but I'm curious if you wouldn't mind talking about how your http://www.webanalyticsblueprint.com/ project went. I had thought of doing instructional videos in a different space and am curious. Thanks.
I didn't install it on my site but used the one on jotform.com but it worked mostly fine for me. I can definitely see uses for it. It would be interesting to see how many of your existing users clients actually annotate the image.
FWIW: You might mention that the camera button clobbers the existing image. To me it meant I could add multiple screenshots but it clobbered my annotated image instead.
Also the first image was sized correctly but after clicking the camera image the second image was overlapping the tools.
itmag: FWIW I mostly skipped over the many, many dating related ideas but the one that resonated with me the most was the connect with a mentor idea. I'm not sure how you could make the process more of a value add for both parties that would be better then more traditional methods (find/contact via internet / telephone) but at a minimum aggregating people willing to mentor by topic would be helpful.
Patrick - Thank you I hadn't heard of price discrimination before. So I can internalize this by giving only one price point I'm forcing those in the market with other peoples money (above my price point) into the lowest tier plan or to take their business where a plan matches their intended use more? And those below my price point to just go elsewhere. My goal / thought was to reduce complexity at the purchase point so in the example of appointment reminder everyone signs up at the personal level and then at the next screen before payment are offered addons like "Record Custom Reminders" and more "Appointments per month" but I can see how I would be introducing more complexity then I'd be removing.
Definitely need to be able to edit/add to your response and would love if you could respond to others feedback. Maybe it's just me but I feel like the 1 to 1 feedback system is a little tedious and could lead to feedback like "Great site" so whoever it is can see somebodies feedback on their site. I'd love to see a gallery view as well where I can see a screenshot of the site and click it to give feedback. What's the business model?
