Misleading title and article. Linus is pissed that the latest release candidate is "noticeably bigger than [the previous one]". He's right to be pissed. That's not how a good release process should work. Each release candidate should have a less stuff in it than the previous one. The more stuff you add, the more bugs you introduce. Hence his plea "So don't [send me non-critical stuff]. Send me just fixes to serious problems. Ok?"
