I do believe that the company which eventually became Hired.com initially tried this also (anyone around 15 years ago pls verify). Great to see the idea re-emerge - that it didn't work then doesn't mean it won't work now, though I think challenges are persistent. Look forward in seeing how this goes - good luck!
