How and why aren't people in America protesting this specific change by the millions?
Because people here are dumb enough to have voted these guys in in the first place
Suspending milk quality testing at this time is particularly shocking given the H5N1 outbreak in dairy herds:

They surely are communicating to DOGE, though.
1. Throw away safety regulations written in blood and regulators that cost relatively pennies.
