Hopefully you are also technical. If not, you will need to offer something besides just an idea. I've been a technical co-founder and will only partner with someone that can offer: lots of startup capital, an inside track to the industry of the startup/company, an existing network of clients that can be contacted (and sold potentially sold to).
How can someone determine if they meet your needs?
