This is a nonstory. It's all over. He got his parachute gilded in Belarus and Wagner is back to providing PMCs.
Hope this means the end of Putin’s war quickly. End the beginning of the end for Putin himself.
The leader of Wagner thinks Russia has been too soft against Ukraine, and that they should've escalated a lot more (read: should use nukes).
He's not someone to be rooted for. The best case scenario is if they expend as much military resources as possible, and then kill each other.

r/ukrainewarvideoreport has Wagner already inside Moscow Oblast. The sub seems the best place to go to see this event play out in near-real time, and presumably it won't be long at all before Wagner is at the gates of Moscow.
https://www.reddit.com/r/WagnerVsRussia/ is where the mod team from r/ukrainewarvideo is redirecting discussions about this attempted coup to.
There’s r/WagnerVsRussia now.
Unfortunately posts like these would end up being flagged one way or another, just like the previous ones, which had great discussions but ended up being flagged:

dang's reason for flagging them is as follows. Hopefully he or the other mods can change their mind about it as it is developing into something not insignificant or trivial:

As dang says, it’s sensationalist, and it’s the kind of ongoing development where we don’t have a lot of verified information yet and everything is still very much in flow and ephemeral. It’s a state of affairs where it’s difficult to have any kind of substantiated discussion.
This, for example, is a more suitable submission for HN about the topic: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=36459259

Sensationalist would imply inaccuracy of reporting. Is that happening with regard to these "Wagner Group" threads?
There are a lot predictions about what will happen. Enough have been made that some will end up being true. Those who made such predictions will be looked upon as insightful. People will ask for their predictions/insights in some future event based on being correct this time. Sort of like how people ask Bill Gates what it takes to be very successful in business. The real answer is whatever he says plus lots of luck.
No one knows how this will play out. Those who really know what is going on won’t speak truthfully about it until after the event has played itself out. What we read is now is guesswork and, for lack of a better term, propaganda.
