55-60 billion still seems too rich for me given the deterioration in the environment and valuations, with its peak value reported at 95 billion it would only represent a 45% correction. It can't be that /VC has beta above 1 to public tech on the way up and then somehow that beta magically reverses to be below 1 on the way down.
