anyone got more blog posts about the tech side of games?
They game a bunch of talks at Game Developers Conference DC this year. They'll make it online if they aren't already.

The classic post on Deferred Texturing is MJP's, if you want to learn more about the technique: https://therealmjp.github.io/posts/bindless-texturing-for-de...
Also see the recent post here which covers more benchmarks and details: http://filmicworlds.com/blog/visibility-buffer-rendering-wit...

Adrian Courrèges’ blog (http://www.adriancourreges.com/blog/) has a lot of posts about how various games perform their rendering.
e.g. How MGSV renders a frame: http://www.adriancourreges.com/blog/2017/12/15/mgs-v-graphic...

Not a blog but Fabien Sanglard has a number of posts covering all the old id engines (doom though doom 3) work.
https://fabiensanglard.net/
Also he wrote a book on Doom if you are super into it. https://smile.amazon.com/Game-Engine-Black-Book-DOOM/dp/1099...

There's a long list of posts going back through much of the development of Factorio up until its release. A lot of the posts will get into some of the technical details but it's intended to be accessible so it doesn't include code blocks or things of that nature.

Although generally less technical, Riot Games' tech blog is well done: https://technology.riotgames.com.
Great content, I loved their post covering the valorant netcode here: https://technology.riotgames.com/news/peeking-valorants-netc...
I've enjoyed a lot of their architecture-related posts. Infrastructure as well.
thank you all
Video is paywalled and only pptx file is provided there, but you can find pdf with speaker notes at https://www.gdcvault.com/play/1027553/Adventures-with-Deferr...
