I bet you THIS is why GOOG-411 was launched. I was waiting for an announcement like this.

There goes the need for my software to read subtitles on videos!
I'm curious what TechCrunch's article provides beyond what came out in the standard press release on the Google Blog. (http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2008/09/google-audio-indexing...)
Now to make this multi-language :)
Now if Google would just offer audio indexing as a web service, that would be rad.
