Good news. Let's just hope artificial organs don't fall into the same software trap of dark patters as of late: privacy issues, bad firmware updates and bad security vulnerabilities. So no Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, okay? And no data logging that is sent directly to insurance companies..
Luckily the artificial kidney turned out to be a passive device. As a dialysis patient it sucks that its so little funded and taking long to progress.

Vit K1 can already make you more insulin sensitive and can even have positive effects on induced Type 1 diabetes.

I would like to add that Control-IQ still underperforms open source DIY artificial pancreas systems like Loop (https://github.com/LoopKit/Loop).

Has anybody read about insuline resistance?
Yes, and in the case of these tools it's probably not relevant for the majority of cases - if you're a type 1 diabetic you don't produce enough insulin, it's not a question of how resistant you are to it.
