As someone who is trying to reduce time spent on junk internet browsing and improve productivity, this seems like a great tool to log my time spent in front of the computer and reflect on it in future!
A question - does all data like the video recording and task list/comment stay on the system and nothing is sent to the cloud?

Yes, all the data resides locally on your system.

One of the biggest advantage I have felt is to be able to start work quickly when I have the time. I.e. if I have a 30 minute block of time, I am not going to spend 15 minutes thinking where I left my previous work and what investigation I did trying to fix a bug. I am able to see that in a minute and proceed.
