Not with current technology that’s available, if companies keep innovating we may get to a point where solar glass helps contribute to building’s energy consumption
Thats a hard no once heating and cooling are added to the equation. Even with over 100% efficient heat pumps, the usable surface area of the building is not enough in most climates.
