It's subjective, but given the frantic search of a cure for baldness, and the extents to which some people go to conceal it, I'd say it's pretty much unattractive.
Baldness is something negative, it makes you less attractive. Like being fat, or having big ears, or being short. And? Should we change that? How? Should women be with bald men out of pity even if they are not attracted to them? All of this sounds ridiculous.
What's wrong with the numbers of recidivism? A criminal is a criminal, he can't help it; I don't know why people think that keeping them locked up could ever fix that. Probably nothing can, maybe medication.
Theoretically, Mastodon is a federated network that exists to enable free speech because of how evil those big corporations such as Twitter and Facebook are.
In reality, Mastodon is just one single network (because who'd want to tweet alone) which is even more tightly moderated than Twitter or Facebook.
