We migrated from bitwarden to offline client machine for the reason that we didn't wanted a copy of our encryption key be available anywhere else online.
We keep the encryption key stored in plain text files on client offline machine.
Catch: Client machine is encypted with VeraCrypt. Veracript hidden drives, one password is kept by product owner and another password is kept by head of security.
Offline client machine is key for us.
We rotate encryption keys after quarterly security audit.

Reading your description, radio/tv wont fullfil the optiniated and analytical part unless you spend good amount of time on specific programs like talk shows or interviews.

I side solely with ICE in this particular case, that they didn't simply offer a 'Return back' option. Common, if ICE starts to do that - there will be a handful flux of people giving it a try hoping that if they were caught - they can simply return back.

I would agree to it being difficult. I have been struggling to recruit few good React/(and/Or) JavaScript Developers for my startup.
Few reasons I have come to realist are:
- React devs make more money on freelance gig than full-time jobs.
- Readily available more jobs than candidates on the market. If I offer $X00K/y, there are others who are always ready to pay more as counter offer.
- React landscape is moving faster than any other technologies out there, putting devs who are up to date on the edge.
I have also started training the new hires who were interested. But as the fate will have it, after learning ReactJS and other few things - most developers left for better salary.
The fact is, I am situated in Nepal and can only pay using Nepalese Rupees salary doesn't help much.
