I have been using Paypal for 5 years for my startup and I don't have any major problems with Paypal. Sometimes, customers filed a case agaist us and Paypal decided that the case was closed in customer's favor although we did nothing wrong. However, it's very rare.
At 2020, we had a pain point in Viet Nam because health official requires to do contact tracing when people went to events, churches, schools so we scratched our own itches and developed QR Code Attendance addon https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/qr_code_attenda.... After that, we provide our addon in G Suite marketplace and a lot of customers used our addon for contact tracing, for example take temperature, name, health status of attendees and give data to health official.
You should read Selling to the Affluent, by Thomas Stanley, author of The Millionaire Next Door: The Surprising Secrets of America's Wealthy. I have been learning from this book. You should be a giver, understand customers' needs to sell more effectively.

He means no shortcuts for master anything. It takes time, 2000 or 3000 hours or any numbers. People tends to find a shortcut for anything, fox example, buying crypto to get rich quick. I agree that 10000 hours rule is a myth.
He's a genius writer and we should be aware of that when reading his books. He could influence us. I think that 10000 hours means that long-term. No shortcut for master anything.
I like your opinion. I founded a startup at 40 as a part time job and it was a correct decision during covid19 crisis. My company is quite successful. It takes about 3000 hours to be sustainable. 10000 hours is an overrated term
