Is it not a copyright infringement if you pain it yourself? Why is that the case? I thought it would be just that studios wouldn't care for the most part. Hasn't Disney gone after this type of personal projects in the past?
It seems like people here have already made up their mind about how bad llms are. So just my anecdote here, it helped me out of some really dark places. Talking to humans (non psychologists) had the opposite effect. Between a non professional and an llm, i'd pick llm for myself. Others should definitely seek help.
Questions to ask when you think you need to finish something? Sorry for the nitpick, typically my brain completes missing words easily. Must be the lack of coffee here.
I have the same experience. I was pretty happy with gemini 2.5 pro and was barely using claude 3.7. Now I am strictly using claude 4 (sonnet mostly). Especially with tasks that require multi tool use, it nicely self corrects which I never noticed in 3.7 when I used it.
But it's different in conversational sense as well. Might be the novelty, but I really enjoy it. I have had 2 instances where it had very different take and kind of stuck with me.
Nah, realizing I don't have to constantly be thinking about relationship was what made things a lot less stressful for me. It's still stressful. But at least I get to mind my own business. Not saying everyone is like me. Maybe no one is. But it was better for me to mind my own business and internally say fork you to all the superficial relationships.
RL is still training. Just like pretraining is still training. SFT is also training. This is how I look at it. Models weights are being updated in all cases.
For a subset of topics, "AI" is already what I prefer to interact with over humans. At times, it's nicer to start with "AI" and kind of ground my messy thoughts before interacting with people and that works better than directly starting with a person.
I'm also starting to come across people who say "You should ask these types of questions to AI first" answer. But this is no different than people who preached "lmfgt" kind of religiously. Even when I prefer to start with humans, some humans prompt me to start by prompting AI.
Isn't this true with collectable toys? My adult friends sure seem to be addicted to purchasing Pokemon cards. They talk about thousands of dollars spent when I am curious about numbers.
They creep it up. Like frog in boiling water, not much to be done. 1 day a week with 1 optional day for the social butterflies. 2 days mandatory with 1 day optional for social butterflies. 3 days mandatories + some extra mandatory days like all hands and Q-end.
