Yep. Follow nacs's advice. I ran into a similar problem when using Google Apps and registering a domain name.
Google often uses services like domainsbyproxy.com to reserve domains for users. Your DNS console is buried in something like that. It's janky and frustrating... but figure out your DNS access info, "unlock" your domain, and get it away from Google to avoid these sorts of problems.
It's unfortunate such an explanation is necessary. People with difficulty speaking have a harder time successfully communicating ideas. Not sure how that is misunderstood.
Anyone claiming racism or xenophobia is, ironically, only confirming their potential shortcomings.
I've seen a request to merge duplicate gmail addresses before... but only once. Someone in our office created a Google account with our work domain and we then later started using Google Apps (created same). Google requested a purge/merge. Really weird.
That lifehacker link should save a ton of time for "dajomu". If Wordpress is preferred, Ryan Sullivan wrote a quick blip about best hosting. Search for "Performance of 7 Top WordPress Hosting Companies Compared".
So true. Someone needs to mail him a 3.5 floppy disks with management tips plastered all over it. No sense in buttering up "layoffs" as "impacts" if he can't keep his cool. Rough day I guess.
I've always assumed younger users were sharper at correcting problems and knowing most of these terms since electronics were available at younger ages. Seems like more opportunities to accidentally discover fixes/areas/tools/etc.
Our recently created business targets relatively older users, so we had to make adjustment for knowledge levels similar to what this article mentions.
Favorite quote from article, "This fix was easy: switch to Chrome (remove 5 different search toolbars!) and voila, baby and cat photos and Bubble Safari all working as intended."
Seems like it could be argued both the gag, Schnail Mail, and the real gmail are fairly upfront in the relationship with the user. Advertising is present. Obviously, some technical differences but it IS disclosed!
Agreed. This would be enormously useful for vacation rentals and real estate professionals. Add on and partnerships with virtual tour companies would be expansion value.
That space puppy would make the technology of written language the equivalent of banging rocks together. The possibilities of creation & control without the limitations of writing, typing, and even learning means we could create, build, view, and modify ideas with just thoughts... so rad it's scary.
