I hate tech books. I really, really hate them. I think the last tech book I read that didn't piss me off was K&R C. It was short, concise, and taught me something without spending an extra 200 pages telling me why they felt I should learn C.
I'm reading Designing With Web Standards right now, and after 100 pages of arguments, there seems to be no end in site. The other 3 books I bought along with this now appear to be the same thing.
How do I learn HTML and CSS without reading hundreds of pages of bullshit?
