First: ruby is used by almost no one so at a minimum you need to diversify your languages
Second: I see typos in your post, so you need to be better (exceptional) at writing
Third: Add another skill set like project management, data visualization, or DBA.
Put all those pieces together and you can easily double your salary. You have put yourself in a box. Continue diversifying and in the US you can even triple or quadruple that.
