I agree! I have subscribed before to NYT, Economist using Apple’s subscriptions and therefore never had any issues in unsubscribing, or needing to call somebody to unsubscribe.
I can talk about one of the low code/no code product: Power Platform. It is a Microsoft’s low-code/no-code platform that let users create apps, develop workflows, develop chat and desktop bots and also use commoditized AI models. The platform is now in business since 4+ years and I know many Fortune 100 companies who have got 5000+ apps - both for internal org and for business with external partners, subcontractors etc. It is a massive thing. A simple license gets you a storage space in cloud, works with Teams, Office 365, Sharepoint etc and also apps thus developed (all using no code/low code approach) can scale (without rewriting using code) to talk to Microsoft’s business apps aka Dynamics 365 and 400+ other systems (inc Oracle etc)
I feel the view of ‘no code / low code’ is a bit primitive here. It used to be like that but last 3/4 years, the entire thing paradigm has changed fundamentally.

I’ve got a couple Saas ideas for building as side projects but as the common startup advice goes - I need to validate the idea first. Would you like to share how did you validate the idea, or was it a project for a customer which was later productised? thanks!
The purpose of the website for me is a combo of few objectives:
1. Write/publish on Azure/Dynamics 365/Power Platform etc.,
2. As my one pager profile with links to other side projects,
..above two is already happening, I’m going to work on below soon:
3. To serve as a repository of notes (some call it ‘digital garden’) where I publish excerpts of the best I read/watch and reflections on them
4. To host curations on the topics I’m interested in and on which I’ve collected the useful ways, tips and strategies from various books etc. Eg 1:1 meetings, Consultancy notes, Productivity tools etc
