I think I was a bit too lazy when writing this. Let me elaborate a bit:
I am not telling anybody to do anything because I am not their boss. I am a partner. My goal is to spark a discussions, make people look outside their comfort zone and point out that the most convenient way might not be the most rewarding in the end.
