Wouldnt stories reporting this also fall into the same definition? After all this is also "distributing knowledge on how to obtain illegal content online" since some people might not know what is Popcorn Time at all.
I know this is to make some people targets to make people afraid, but still.. Very weak definition.
One good aspect of using a human as rubber duck is that you help share knowledge - plus the human could actually have some ideas based on your own problems too.
I did that once to rip zelda's entire map.
With one java app, I ripped all tiles (fixed size). With the other, I just compared the grid tile by tile with my sprite-pallete and then created a map file. Pretty straight forward if you use a single layered map.

Debatable. 3DS is doing very well. I agree that the WiiU is not doing so fine, but I expect the games shortage to end soon... The 3DS also had the same problem in the beggining.
Also, this is the "nintendo is doomed" cycle that repeats itself everytime..
