After using Parinfer for a few years the editing experience felt less like typing and more like a cross between magic and the scene from Ghost in the Shell with the split hands. It's a real shame they weren't able to add it to Calva.
While I do agree with this in almost all cases, I have found scenarios where there are actions that don't map easily to a HTTP verb and need something more explicit.
Would it be cheeky to take this opportunity to ask how the Linux version is going? I'm still looking forward to it and it's the main thing holding our team back from adopting it last I checked.
At this point I've spent dozens of hours trying to fix sleep/hibernate on this laptop without success, it's a dell xps 9500, doesn't feel like it should be considered super obscure hardware.
Not to mention the occasional bluetooth issues.
I appreciate it's the manufacturer's fault but it's still a problem.
I haven't tried with this tool yet but I would be surprised if so, purchased Kindle books usually have quite a bit of DRM involved.
There are methods to strip it using old versions of the desktop kindle app that have exploits, but it's not overly easy to do if you're not familiar with stuff like that.
Looks like it's all mainly to do with the static site generation though. You can certainly still dump some handmade html into a gh-pages branch and have a (non-generated) static site in less than ten minutes.
