One very useful differentiating feature DDG could add would be a discussion forum search filter, like Google used to have before discontinuing it in 2014.
I suspect that a lot of people would rather pay directly for a search engine subscription than pay for it indirectly with their privacy. Why hasn't anyone stepped in to serve this market?!

What a stupid marketing point. If I use any mobile payment processor and then spend the funds with any credit or debit card offering 1% cash back, I achieve exactly the same savings. Paypal hardly has a competitive advantage here.
