The title doesn't overstate the claim, its simply false. The statement "most surgeries to relieve pain are ineffective" and "most surgeries are ineffective" are completely different largely unrelated statements.
This makes no sense. China constructed the largest fence in the world to achieve what you say they achieve, then you say constructing a fence is showing weakness. This is utter nonsense.

The only caveat i'll add is Apple is providing ad software that doesn't trigger the double verification. This can be seen either as a push to force people to respect privacy(as their software does), or a push to control a larger share of the ad market (as the foxes here i'm sure believe)

There's a racial difference between jurors in my mind because there's a racial difference between jurors in reality lol. Pretending otherwise is foolish, lawyers literally pick their juries based on this obvious fact.

I agree it can be quite good! Spicy fake Italian sausages were a favorite I remember. That being said, to the earlier point they're best when they're not trying to exactly replicate meat flavor but just taste good. Spicy italian sausage was good because it didn't try to taste too much like sausage and was just spicy and italian haha.

Had the same reaction. Its forced overtime so maybe they'll complain? But with the virus hitting, if correct safety precautions are taken the extra cash seems like a good thing? We'd need to actually talk to Amazon workers for their opinions. Also important how Amazon responds if a worker doesn't want the overtime.

While I fully agree with the article, what exactly is it trying to tell me that everyone didn't know? Is it just saying that your phone is a distraction, and that distractions make it harder to focus? I'm just unsure what part of the article anyone would disagree with.
I think the difference is that there are other safety nets in place to prevent people from taking too much. Those are most likely still in effect with the postcards, the only difference is people now know when they can escalate their issues with not getting rice from a local official and succeed. The local official never wants this since the official knows what the citizen is actually due and escalating the issue will confirm this. If someone is demanding too much from the local official, they will have no worries about the complaint running up the chain because they are doing their job correctly.
