I hope they improve their incident response comms in the future. 2.5 hours with nothing more than "We are continuing to investigate this issue" is pretty poor form.

Yes this is correct. In fact even without a paid subscription you can access all files that have been added to a Slack through the web UI (myslack.slack.com/files). You can't see the related messages, but all the files (images, snippets, etc) are available as one big list.
I've been using Docker on Windows for well over 2 years. It was certainly difficult setting it up on Windows in the old Docker Toolbox days (circa 2016), so perhaps the authors experience is from then.
Since the Docker for Windows client was released I've had no problems at all. (In the interest of full disclosure there were a couple of early beta issues that were quickly fixed, however that's to be expected).
Well probably not as a joke, but it's within the realm of possibility that it was moved there at some point in the past. This is pure speculation of course, but perhaps it was identified as a sacred object and carried there by a traveller sometime within the last couple of thousand years. However the likelihood of that is probably quite slim.
In the books I've written I added references to movies that I liked as part of the examples. I remember including a "PC Load Letter" error message as a homage to Office Space. Other examples were more obscure, such an address or phone number of one of the characters in the movie.
