Is "alt text" a colloquialism understood by laymen? I typically use the term "text alternatives" when speaking with clients. It's a specific attribute, it might be supplanted by `aria-label`, etc
I have a custom style to do this for ALL sites, warning:
1. it can break websites in unexpected ways
2. There's often a class on the <body> hiding overflow that needs to be overwritten instead/as well
