Can I ask you why you're so incredibly light on Product Designers? I only see 1 member out of 200, the standard weight given to Design is closer to 1:7 engineers. Hiring any soon or what's your unique view on Design as a function?
Since it's a winner-take-all market - because of the network effects on both sides of the platform - they need to acquire users faster than any other competitor.
They'll stop when they know they're the clear winners of the market.

I have a problem when I hear things like that. The problems are always there, the needs are always there. They're just satisfied better by the new technology. But the latent needs were there to begin with.
