This doesn't excuse Apple's poor design, but I highly recommend Keyboard Maestro to solve this problem for you. You can assign keyboard shortcuts to actions in specific programs (and much, much more) ... super useful program.

This is part of the problem though. Banks and other lenders should be held responsible for handing out these loans. The onus cannot just be on the homeowners. For every person that simply wanted nicer stuff there are plenty who were fooled into thinking they could afford something that they couldn't.

Banking is another. They're allowing people to pay by phone now through credit cards. One day soon it will be an easy transition to just keeping your money in Apple Bank.
How about just require a photo upload and then look at the photo's metadata (time, date, GPS, etc) to match it up with the data they already have (i.e. where the driver is)?
Maybe built in the camera directly into the app so that the drivers don't have the ability to fake an image's metadata.

I've been using a .cc domain for my email for just over 20 years. Twenty years ago some people were confused by the .cc, but overall I had only a few problems with that. And now it's not a problem at all. No problem with email validators either.
Because so many other things come into email – marketing emails, notifications, work-related emails, etc. that people don't check it as often.
Texting and other chat applications are instant.
Email used to be a more instantaneous thing, but it has evolved into something that many people want to take a break from, so sending an email might mean that the recipient doesn't see it for hours or days.
