Another Mudd Alum here. I remember being hugely inspired by Christina Alvarado's Intro CS class for 1st-year students. Teaching is really engaging, there aren't any dull moments in the classroom. A typical lecture class consists of explanations interspersed with short interactive quizzes. At end of every semester, the profs at Mudd are all open to getting student feedback to iterate on the curriculum to be better.
