The ADHD-friendly AI personal assistant for notes, email, and calendar.
Where you can just chat to search notes, manage emails, and schedule tasks. It proactively plans your day every moring and checks in to help you stay on top of everything.
Hi, I'm also building a Todolist app with an AI that prioritizes tasks based on urgency, importance & bugs you until you finish :)
I go a step further to integrate information sources into it like emails, slack, notes etc cause managing information is also a struggle for me
Feel free to check it out at https://saner.ai/
Struggling with info all over the place as well
I'm using AI to search for info in my notes at https://saner.ai/
Eating my own dog food here lol but it works
Preparing to add todo list into the app as well
I’m betting on an AI brain/assistant for individuals. My info is all over the place - blogs, newsletters, articles, emails, slack, tasks. I think the amount of information will surely grow, along with the overwhelm
That’s why I’m putting my bet on building a product that helps manage it all better called Saner.AI
I'm a startup founder, we are a small team and I personally use LLMs a lot for marketing and research. From chatgpt, perplexity to my own tool -> mainly to research, recall ideas, refine writing
If I don't have these tools, I think I might have to hire a person to help me with, so the saving would be one headcount i guess
I’ve spent hours reading Richard Branson’s blog the billionaire behind Virgin Group, with over 400 companies. I got curious about how he manages, deals with his tasks, and stays productive with ADHD.
So here's my summary of his approach to being productive while managing his humongous work
I keep things simple by setting aside blocks of time to focus on just one task, and I avoid checking emails or messages during that period.
Another big help has been reducing context switching ie switching between different apps/screen - I found it not effective for deep work at all
A tool like https://saner.ai/ can help extract information faster without having to switch around many apps which increasing context switching
I started as a Notion user, but then it gets complicated and overwhelming quickly. It can be a good database and beautiful system, but for individual use cases, it’s too much for ADHD.
I tried to use Apple Notes and Docs from then, but with too many notes, insights get buried and cannot be found easily.
So I built an AI note app called saner.ai since & it worked better for me at least.
I remember how tricky it was when I first started doing user interviews, so I thought sharing some interview templates might be helpful for other founders
The goals of an interview are different depending on what you’re exploring.
For me, these chats focused on understanding user struggles and needs.
My template is built from a combination of insights from:
1) A must-read for user interviews: The Mom Test by Rob Fitzpatrick. It shows you how to uncover user needs with as little bias as possible.
2) Another great read: Demand-Side Sales 101 by Bob Moesta & Greg Engle. It helps you understand the user's “job to be done,” so you can align your product and messaging with their needs.
3) Other newsletters, and blogs I came across
So here's the template that guided me through 200+ interviews.
