Are you sure? From let's say the 100 web devs I encountered the past years I remember 3 using Windows, and they all used the Linux environment for development.
Just updated it again as YouTube changed a bit making it even less clear what video is watched... Thought it may be useful for any userscript users out there.
Erh, I did the same for small personal websites but maintaining the content and having to change things on multiple pages made me switch to a build step. I do not understand how the author would deliver a website to clients without pulling in content from a (headless) CMS.
This is very much personal preference. I would suggest to look at their docs & create something small for both. Plus try out their 'standard frameworks': Nuxt & Next.js.
