The problem is that while this is an important issue that deserves, indeed, demands, careful and intelligent discussion, I've seen that of late, HN is not the place to get such discussion. I expect the thread to degenerate rapidly, and so I suspect that's why it's getting flagged. Not because it isn't important, but because it will bring out the worst in people, and become a focus for incivility at best.
I'd love to be proved wrong.

The "fabled" coontown has 17K subs ... if that is the biggest white supremacy place ... white supremacy is on the way out.
