How is this spam? Hacker News caters to start-up entrepreneurs and programmers, my core audience.
The link itself doesn't provide the information but is a sales pitch for where to get it. As opposed to the forum and FAQ I'd linked above.
The problem with fitness is that there are no secrets. The basic knowledge is quite simple. But a whole mess of people want to get in on the game. What's actually kind of funny is how little the basic formula for a "become a real man" (or woman) fitness text has changed since Eugen Sandow's first popular modern text in the 19th century.
