Smoking is already banned outdoors in some places, e.g.,

I mean it would be banned everywhere outside people's homes so that you would never smell someone's smoke unless you have a smoker in your home.

Might just be easier to move somewhere with a low prevalence of smoking in the general population? I don't see hardly anyone smoking anymore.
