Ask HN: Does a site with .ai affect your perception?
If a tech site/product has an .ai extension, does that make you want to try it out more? Turn you off a bit? Or has zero effect on you?

As someone who has been working in AI for the past 4 years (before it became cool)
I almost always feel that startups are trying to hide behind .ai domain
AI is definitely more critical now, but if you are just making a few API calls then adding .ai in your website is not really going to help you much
