yeah, but wouldn't u have to apply this rule everywhere? On your finder, google drive, dropbox etc. This is the problem that i face and wanna solve
I just keep all my documents in a single place which is a Subversion repository. But I guess it could be Git or Google Docs, etc. as well. The main thing is that it needs to be in one place.

What if there was a website, desktop app and mobile app wherein you just had to link your various cloud provider accounts to the app once and you can search all your files on all your cloud providers!
Later on, i would also like to add image recognition to this so you can search for images across various providers.
Does this solution sound like something you'd be willing to try?
