I am getting ready to build my first native iPhone application and I wanted to get some feedback from the community on what they'd like to see built or what you would use.

I voted, but honestly none of these would end up on my phone if the cost anything.

If they were free, I suspect my wife or I would install the movie showtimes, restaurant suggester, and/or the contact maker (the latter just as a toy).

I think both the restaurant suggester (my vote) and contact maker are interesting ideas and would be very useful if done right, but also probably wouldn't pay for 'em. The restaurant suggester could be easily add supported and is probably a bit more tractable.

My honest feedback, I would buy the Movie Showtimes + Reviews + Tickets because I really like fandango/movietickets.com BUT their mobile interface sucks so it's tough to get tickets ahead of time when I'm out and about. Plus reviews is a bonus.

The Restaurant suggester and contact maker I'd install if they were free, the contact maker seems kinda cool.

Neat idea to have us vote on a few projects. Why not some sort of tv guide that alerts you to your favorite shows, and allows you and your friends to comment on (or rate) them?

Give the app away and gather all that valuable demographic data :)
