The presence of a virus at a virology lab is not legit evidence the lab caused the virus because a virology lab would be expected to have virus either way...
On the other hand, having the virus at the lab puts the virus within Wuhan. No evidence has been produced that bats (or whatever animal) containing the virus was at the wet market.
