I don’t know a ton about NZ, but I never would’ve imagined they have a meth problem. Last I heard Aus and NZ both have incredibly expensive drugs since most (all?) drugs have to be imported?
Yeah, this. I found Fastmail on HN and moved over all my domains and just use catch alls for them with a single mailbox. Works smoother than I could’ve ever imagined, including being able to reply from all my custom domains from my same inbox. Highly recommend.
Or if they don’t want to change the sender probably due to quality/spam issues, just setting a reply-to is extremely simple and basically solves the problem.
Paycheck to paycheck is relative. I’ve seen families bring in $500k/year and barely have any retirement savings. They go buy a home with a mortgage that’s $16k/month, a few fancy cars at $1000/mo each, childcare, maintenance on a home that expensive, and everything else that money is gone quick. They want to give the illusion of stupidly rich at the cost of spending every dime that comes in. Pretty common in every income bracket. Majority of people are terrible with money.
I know it’s not the same thing but Cloudflare just released a new product for email that’s free. It just forwards any email from your domain in cloudflare. I already use cloudflare and instead of paying google apps for it, I just forward * to my gmail account. Thought it may be of some use if you’re not actively responding from them.
