Do you have any data to back up the claim that it's "quite common" to work remotely across countries within the EU/UK. Almost nothing in the "common/single market" works uniformly across the "common/single market". Screw carbon credits. Countries should be given credits based on the number of (non-human) apex predators in the wild within their borders and any carbon-intensive/polluting economic activity should have to be offset against these very expensive credits.
